18. TIME TO ACT…Prominent environmental scientist calls for responsible political leadership. During an environmental conference in Montreal, Canada last Thursday, award-winning scientist Dr. David Suzuki stated that all governments should pay attention to the scientific facts behind climate change. Participants responded with resounding support for the need for more or new leadership to take responsibility.
Thank you Dr. Suzuki for bravely voicing the urgency of the reality we are facing. We respectfully wish all our representatives in office extra courage and wisdom in their leadership roles.
