20. TIME TO ACT… England focuses on water metering measures. Environment Secretary Hilary Benn has called for water meters to be installed in homes in areas that have experienced a shortage of water. Secretary Benn said: “Securing and maintaining water supplies is vital to the prosperity of the country and to the health of people and the environment.”
