In education news, the British government has pledged £30 million (or €40 million) to help students from low-income families obtain broadband access over the next three years. This plan will enable students to gain access to school work and educational resources, download homework and assignments, and even receive feedback from teachers while at home. It is hoped that the new technology will also help build stronger relations between parents and teachers.
Hats off to the United Kingdom, and Heaven bless for ensuring that the children receive equal access to information.
